01. Internal Quality Assurance Cell :

              There is an Internal Quality Assurance Cell which monitors the activities and performances of the students right from the day of admission upto the completion of the courses of study. The cell also acts as a quality check and monitoring mechanism of all spheres of the teaching-learning process through out the academic session.

02. grievance Redressal cell :

              There is a Grievance Redressal Cell in the College, comprising of Principal, Vice-Principal and the some members of the teaching staff to look after the matters of grievance and indiscipline related to students and staff of the college. Decision of the cell is final and obligatory.

              The Grievance Redressal Cell meets whenever such matters are brought into its notice. The cell considers all matters related to  grievance redressal of the students & staff and prepares a report occasionally. In all cases the primary consideration of the cell is overall well being.

              1.   Any of the following acts by a student shall be considered as major offence against discipline.

                  (a)  Habitual irregularities.

                  (b)  Resorting to violence of any kind.

                  (c)  Disobedience and indecent behaviour to teachers and to the College Authority.

                  (d)  Damaging, defacing or devaluing any College property.

                  (e)  All types of singular  a group activities leading to the disruption of the congenial atmosphere of the college will be regraded as offer and can enuite strictest of disciplinary action.

              2.   All notices desired to be circulated by the students anywhere in the College premises shall require the approval of the Principal.

03. discipline cell :

                   The College stresses strict discipline among the students. Any kind of unruly bhaviour, discourtesy, ragging or violation of the rules of the regulation of the College are treated as breach of College discipline. Such cases are dealt with the stern disciplinary action.

04. examination committee :

              There are two Committees : (a) IEC & (b) EEC

              The Internal Examination Committee of the College is responsible for conducting the Internal, Sessional Test Examinations. The External Examination Committee is responsible for conducting H.S. Final, TDC Part-I, Part-II & Part-III, BCA, BBA, BSc.(IT), PGDCA and Diploma Examinations.

05. election committee :

                        There is an Election Committee to conduct the election of the L.C.B.C.S.U.

06. the career guidance & placement cell (CGpC) :

              The Career Guidance & Placement Cell provides information and guidance for career advancement and placement avenues for the students of the College. The Cell frequently organises different workshops and training programmes like Entrepreneurship Development Programme, other Training Programmes for development of various skills like Communication, Group Discussion, Interview appearing etc. for the students and holds Campus Interview for placement. The Cell publishes a Wall Magazine where all information regarding Career advancement and placement avenues are displayed on a weekly basis.
