Project ( 200 Marks )
:
Project should be
assigned after Semester-I Final Examination and will
continue till the end Semester-II Minimum percentage for
passing examination of DOEACC 'O' Level is 50% both for
Theory and Practical. The Certification from DOEACC is
issued only after student passes all the modules,
practical and undergoes the project successfully. The
DOEACC 'O' Level certificate is recognized as equivalent
to Foundation level Course by the Govt. of India for the
purpose employment video Notification No. 43 & 49 dated
1st March, 1995 and 10th April, 1996 respectively issued
by Ministry of HRD, Govt of India. After qualifying DOEACC
'O' & 'A' student can go for further levels like 'B' level
and 'C' level under DOEACC Society and also be compete
for--

Process:

resource persons are invited to deliver special lecture on
the seminar day

LIBRARY FACILITY:
Two cards are issued
against each students and one book is issued against one
card. Students should deposit Rs. 1000/- ( Rupees one
thousand ) only as Library Caution Money which is
refundable after completion of the course. Reading room is
available for study . News Paper, Computer Magazine are
issued to the student during the working hours. The
Department has its own library other than the main library
available in the College from where students can consult
some reference books during the working hours.

Students of DOEACC has
register their names under DOEACC Society with a
registration fee Rs. 300/- ( Rupees three hundred )
RULES & REGULATIONS:
It is obligatory to
attend classes regularly and punctually. Willful absence
from the class room lecture will be treated as serious
breach of the College discipline. As a rule each student
is required to obtain a minimum of 65% attendance of the
total lectures delivered in each academic session.
A student shall not be
eligible to sit for Final Examination if he/ she has not
attended a minimum of 75% lecture delivered in each
subject separately.
A student failing to
attend classes for 25 days at a stretch from the date of
commencement of classes shall forfeit his/ her seat.
IDENTITY CARD:
An identity card is
issued to every student is be possesses by him/ her during
the college hours.
SCHOLARSHIP:
Students are awarded both
merit and other scholarship s prescribed by the Govt. of
Assam. A student clearing the Modules of DOEACC 'O' Level
at one sitting are eligible to avail scholarship from
DOEACC Society.

i ) For 'O' Level: Two
attested copies of Mark sheet & Pass Certificate of 10 +
2.
ii ) For 'A' Level &
PGDCA : Two attested copies of Mark sheet & Pass
Certificate of TDC.
iii ) Two copies of
attested Passport Photographs.
iv ) DD. of Rs. 300/- (
Rupees three hundred ) only in favour of DOEACC payable
at New Delhi ( not required for PGDCA )
